Ten days
Das Lakshan meal plan
Breakfast, lunch and dinner for each of the 10 days, using 36 recipes from the cookbook. Every dish here follows the rules reproduced on the Paryushan page.
Batch size
Carried through to whichever recipe you open, so you do not have to set it again on each page.
1× is each recipe exactly as printed in the cookbook. The cookbook does not state how many people its recipes serve, so these are multiples of the printed quantities rather than servings.
